We were remodeling our house. Contractors had the gutters off for a month and gave no reason why. We had a significant amount of rain and found 1/2" of standing water in our finished basement. Phelps came over right away and dried everything out for 3-4 days. They always called or came over to check on things. Finally, they came back to restretch and clean the carpet. I couldn't believe how fast yet thorough they were. Very professional. Very efficient. Will definitely call them again to come over and clean all of the carpets in my house. Thanks.
